Be sure to carefully read my T.O.S before commissioning me. Once you place an order with me, you automatically agree to the TOS in this section.Most viewed:

GENERAL

  • Only buying the digital file (.png), not the process file (.psd, etc).

  • Commissions are not first come first serve, the commission will be delivered depending on the complexity of the order or the client's response time.

  • At least one visual reference of the character is completely necessary.

  • Consider that sometimes I can modify the drawing a little so that it adapts to my style.

  • I'll only accept commissions in my respective artistic style.

  • If I'm not comfortable with something and feel that I cannot do it, I have the freedom to reject it.

  • Depending on the drawing, if I notice any complexity, keep in mind that I can simplify the details or raise the price of the original price.

  • Art can improve over time, but I will always work with the best quality available at the time you request my services.

PAYMENT

  • Fees is already added in the base price.

  • The price can increase based on the complexity of details.

  • I only start your order when I have received the full payment.

  • I am open to accepting payment plans (milestones).

For an additional cost you can request:

  • Commercial use License.

  • Monetizable content License.

  • Add-ons

  • Privacy fee.

REFUNDS

Refund policy outside VGen (X/twitter, FB, Instagram, etc.)

  • In any case of refund, you must first contact me before opening a dispute.

  • You can request a refund after 165 days if your commission has not been updated or completed. This refund are not accepted before the 165 days.

  • The countdown for the refund begins on the date your commission was paid.

  • If I have not started your order and I feel that I will not be able to complete your order before the 165 days, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • If I have sent you progress updates but feel that I cannot complete your order before the 165 days, depending on what phase I am at, you will receive a 50% refund (you can request the piece to you up to the point where it was drawn).

VGen/Comm GG/DrawMarket Refund policy

  • Please contact me via DM before requesting any type of refund.

  • For VGen/Comms GG/DrawMarket services, a full refund may be requested if I do not deliver within the guaranteed delivery time.

  • It is important to note that delivery times vary depending on the service, so requesting a refund is only acceptable if I do not deliver on time within the deadline agreed upon for the service you requested.

No other types of refunds are accepted outside of the points mentioned above.

REVISIONS

  • Minor revisions can be unlimited in sketch section.

  • I can accept slight changes of the base color section.

  • After I finish and deliver your order, you only have one revision to request if there is anything to correct, so think carefully about what you want me to correct.

  • There will be no extra charge or deduction from your one attempt if I forget to draw any detail that you mentioned in the visual references.

  • One major revision is permitted during the sketch phase for free.

  • Major revisions that affect the lineart or the rendering section will need to discussed (there may be an additional cost).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Please note that delivery time depends on several factors, such as the number of orders in the queue, the complexity of certain commissions, personal circumstances, health issues, or external factors:

  • Estimated time between 1 week - 1 month (The days may increase or decrease).

  • Deadlines are agree, I'll adapt to the time you decide as long as it is within my limit.

  • I'll contact you in advance if I need to change the delivery date of your order due to external circumstances or health reasons.

  • I don't accept any rush fees for now.

WAITLIST

The waitlist is beneficial for those who want a guaranteed slot and want to prepare in advance for the opening of commissions. Plus, it guarantees that your order will be delivered before regular orders.Even on the waitlist, there isn't really a “first come, first served” policy as such. Everything will depend on the client's response time and the complexity of the order.Summary, the waitlist is for those who want to:

  • Secure a slot before the month's commissions open.

  • Keep a slot reserved and prepare their payment calmly over the following days.

  • Set a personalized date.

The waitlist will remain open for 2-4 days. After that, the proposals received will be accepted.

Note: If you are on the waitlist but still cannot pay for your order, you have up to one week before the guaranteed delivery date to agree on a new date. Otherwise, your order will be canceled

COPYRIGHT

  • As an artist, I hold all rights to my artistic works, even after purchase or delivery.

  • Requesting an illustration, commission, or design service does not imply the transfer of intellectual property; only usage permissions are granted according to the license (personal, commercial, etc).

  • As an artist, I have the right to sign the drawing.

  • I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolios, social media, websites,etc.

  • I may use your commission for examples in my services and only modify the background type.

  • Modifying, editing, cropping, recoloring, or creating derivative works without written permission is not permitted.

LICENSES

Personal Use:

This license does not include any additional costs and is included by default when you request a service from me.The following uses are permitted:

  • Use the artwork as wallpaper, pfp, or banner on personal social media.

  • Print for decorative use or as a private gift.

  • Share on social media with proper credit to the artist.

  • Use as part of a character reference sheet.

This license MUST NOT be used for commercial use or Monetized Content.

Monetized Content Use License:

When the channel or creator begins to monetize their content, they must purchase a Monetized Content Use license, which represents an additional cost of 25% of the base price.
The following uses are permitted:

  • Exclusive emote for subscribers.

  • Featured art in thumbnails, intros, etc.

  • Art as part of branding.

  • Content creation use and streaming.

This license is LIMITED to digital media for content use/streaming and does not include physical products and merch.

Commercial Use License:

This license allows commercial use by the client for profit or promotional purposes at an additional cost of 75% of the base price.The following uses are permitted:

  • Physical and Digital Merchandising.

  • Commercial collaborations.

  • Monetized Content use license.

  • Logos.

  • You can use it in any Marketing strategy.

Minor modifications to adjust the artwork or design to specific formats are permitted, provided that the artist has given their authorization.

IMPORTANT: Each license has INDEFINITE USE as long as the points mentioned in each license are COMPLIED WITH.

AI POLICY AND NON-USE IN LICENSES

The above points are not permitted under any circumstances, and failure to comply will result in blacklisting, the inability to order any artwork, and the blocking or reporting of the person in question.

  • Claiming authorship of the artwork or presenting it as your own creation.

  • Radically modifying the artwork without approval.

  • Transferring the license to other individuals or companies without permission.

  • Removing the artist's signature if the artist requires it to remain.

  • Using the artwork in illegal, immoral, or harmful activities.

  • Use in projects related to AI, model training, NFTs, or Crypto.

PRIVACY FEE

This fee applies to clients who don't want the artist (me) to publish the artwork publicly on social media, in a portfolio, or in any other medium, maintaining total confidentiality.By paying the privacy fee, the client is free to publish or not the artwork (in accordance with the terms of each license), and I, as the artist, will maintain confidentiality regarding the artwork.The additional cost of the privacy fee is 40%.

Character Design service Policy

  • All of my character design services include the standard package. No items can be removed from the standard package.

  • You can have a custom character sheet designed to your liking starting from the standard package for an additional fee.

  • The service is currently available in rendered color only.

  • Payment plans are available depending on your budget.

  • Permitted external references: rough sketches, avatars, inspiration from existing characters.

  • References involving AI and real photos should be discussed privately to clarify any points.

  • Only Google Drive/Docs links are allowed. Any other type of link will be rejected.

  • The price of a customizable character sheet will depend on what the client and the artist discuss in DM.

YCH Service Policy

  • All my YCHs are human-based for now.

  • Communication will be as in a normal commission.

  • I'll send sketch progress advances and the final result preview.

  • Only 2 minor revisions are allowed after delivery.

  • Major revisions, such as changes to pose or artistic style, are not accepted.

  • Any customization or added preference must be confirmed in the proposal.

  • Anything not specified will be handled at my discretion.

Skeb Service Policy

  • All my Skeb services will have complete artistic freedom, so the brushes or palette colors may vary depending on the character.

  • Communication will be reduced, however, the queue will be sent upon acceptance and the proposal will be sent to you.

  • A preview of your completed commission will be sent to you via DM before delivery.

  • Only 2 minor revisions are allowed. No major changes will be accepted.

  • Any customization or added preference must be confirmed in the proposal.

  • Anything not specified will be handled at my discretion.

PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION

  • Fill out the Google form or submit your proposal on VGen/Commissions GG/DrawMarket.

  • I'll review the details of your commission. I'll contact you if I have any questions.

  • I'll contact you via DM and send you the paypal invoice (X, Fb, IG, discord) or accept your proposal (VGen/Comm GG/DrawMarket) with a summary of the price of your order and an approximate delivery date.

  • Please verify on the invoice that the payment has been made with the email address beginning and ending with: [[email protected]]

  • Once payment has been received, I'll send you my queue.

  • A preview of your sketch will always be sent via DM (Except for skebs services).

  • I'll always send you the preview of the final result before delivering your order so that you can confirm it.

  • Once the preview has been confirmed via DM, I'll send you the commission via Google Drive link.
