You’re only buying the digital file (.png), not the process file (.psd, etc).

Commissions are not first come first serve, the commission will be delivered depending on the complexity of the order and the customer's response time.

At least one visual reference of the character is completely necessary.

I send only sketch advances, you can only ask for any changes in this section about the drawing and If I have time, I'll color the sketch with the character's base colors.

It's not allowed to demand advances nor ask for advances after the sketch.

For personal use, as an artist, I have the right to sign the drawing.

Consider that sometimes I can modify the drawing a little so that it adapts to my style and that I’ll only make commissions of my samples, you cannot demand something that is not in my examples.

I reserve the right to publish the finish artwork on my socials, portfolio and self-promote related.

Do not copy, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission.

If I am not comfortable with something and feel that I cannot do it, I have the freedom to reject it.

Depending on the drawing, if I notice any complexity, keep in mind that I can raise the price of the original price.

There is no estimated delivery limit on each order, however, agreements regarding an approximate date are accepted.

If for any reason you have not received the corresponding advance within the discussed time, please contact me as soon as possible in case any inconvenience arises and we can agree on any situation.

In case of any serious situation that prevents me from completing your order in the estimated date, I will inform you by email in detail and you will respect the new approximate delivery time.

In Live2D commissions you get the package with: PSD File, png Illustration 300dpi without/with background, .json file, .moc3 file, .cmo3 file, etc.

All Vtuber commissions will be taken as a commercial commission.

There are 2 types of model art: Character defined and Design Character.

The Character defined means that you have already created your character (illustration, Sketches, 3D Models, etc.)

The Design Character is when you don’t have any defined reference of your character having incomplete ideas.

With Design Characters, you have to send me the references with internet images, photographs, etc.

Any commissions Vtuber will have on your property and you can generate earnings and modifications in Live2D as you want.

You must TO BE PATIENT, each vtuber commission takes me 2-4 months to finish. If you are an impatient person with your commissions or very demanding, it will be better for you to look for another artist who can better accept your order.

You will have the option to pay the first half if you can’t pay the full amount, and after the sketch confirmation, pay the other half.

I’ll send you the sketch between the first-second week after the payment. If i dont send you an advance you have the right to send me a message asking about the status of the commission or status of the artist after the elapsed time.

After the sketch confirmation, no more changes to the drawing will be accepted.

You will have 2 or 3 advances: sketch, Color base and finish model art.

All commissions works will be for PERSONAL USE. If you want COMMERCIAL USE, contact me via email.

You cannot reproduce it or make any profit of it.

You can post your commission in your socials as long as you credit me.

Payment will be via VGen or PayPal invoice in USD or MXN.

VAT is included in the commission price (via X).

I’ll only start your order when I have received the full payment.

I won't make a refund once I started the commission.

I will only make a refund if I cannot complete your commission.

You can send and complete more than one form with different orders.
